Amathusia Residences, Limassol

This is a study for four houses on the ancient Amathus hill with unobstructed sea views. This is a speculative development were all houses share a linear plan with every room enjoying cliff edge sea views. Materials such as locally sourced stone, fair faced concrete and glass are the main features of the envelopes of these houses.Traditional stone building techniques on the ground floor walls connect the buildings with its historic location.
