Electricity Authority AHK Headquarters, Nicosia, 1995

In this master plan for the Electricity Authority central offices the project was divided into 2 phases, the design of phase 1 was to visually appear complete even though phase 2 was not constructed. The two linear office buildings were connected with the oval tower that would accommodate all common areas of phase one and the future phase 2 building. All recoverable and renewable energy made in the voids was given back to the building while at the same time the south facing facade and roofs harvested electricity with photovoltaics.
