Hill House 1, Ayios Tychonas

This development of individual houses is designed to maximise views and plot co efficiency to the maximum. The total land area is 12,000 sq.m. with 45m high slopes and the site enjoys spectacular views to the south ,west and east as well as mountain views to the north. On top of this small mountain sits one house of 1000 sq. m., on the east side two smaller houses look towards the sea and there will be a fourth house that will look to the west to the sea The gated entrance and the common road services all the houses. All houses are slotted into the mountain at various levels and their mass is fragmented into flat slopes and walls using fair faced concrete, whitewash stucco, stone and glass with long deep overhangs.
