This new style of a private family house shares the land with an existing main house that has an already mature garden.

The design concept and geometry is a result of a series of long sweeping curved slabs with living areas located on the ground level and a light weight pavilion structure on the upper floor for the bedrooms. The existing garden extends over the roof creating the effect and illusion of two ground floors both with direct access to the garden and with unobstructed sea views beyond.
