This project was created for a returning client whose main residence we completed in 2013 on the Limassol seafront. After acquiring the neighboring plot, he commissioned a second home for his daughter and grandchildren, recently relocated to Cyprus.

The design quietly links the two homes, balancing unity with individuality. It reflects the site’s context and the family’s needs, emphasizing simplicity, comfort, and a sense of continuity across the shared landscape.
