The design for this coastal site, located adjacent to the 'Le Meridien' beach hotel and planned luxury villas, seeks to harmonize with its surroundings while offering exceptional views of the sea. The five villas are strategically elevated and arranged to maximize sea views, ensuring each unit enjoys an optimal orientation despite subtle differences in their plot sizes and configurations.
The architectural approach integrates local sustainable materials with modern construction techniques, blending contemporary aesthetics with environmental responsibility. The design emphasizes an open-plan interior layout, which seamlessly extends into the garden areas, providing a fluid transition between indoor and outdoor living. The integration of a waterfall and pool enhances the connection with nature, providing a tranquil and luxurious outdoor space.
