This beach resort complex is located on a coastal peninsula near Paphos. The development is organized around a Y-shaped hotel building, with circulation corridors placed along the northern side to allow all 300 guest rooms to benefit from sea views. Deep balconies and extended horizontal overhangs provide natural shading and enhance the outdoor experience for guests.
The layout of the site is designed to gently follow the natural topography, incorporating a series of lagoon-style pools that flow across different levels and extend into the interior of the spa, creating a calm and cohesive atmosphere throughout the resort.
On the lower levels of the site, between the main swimming pools and the seafront, a number of larger bedroom villas have been integrated into the landscape. These villas are partially sunken into the terrain, with planted green roofs that help minimize their visual impact from the hotel above. Each villa features a private garden and swimming pool, offering guests a more secluded and intimate experience.
At the seafront, the design includes 15 one-bedroom villas positioned along the water’s edge. These units are partially cantilevered to offer direct access to the sea and a greater sense of privacy.
A public promenade runs along the waterfront, connecting the resort to neighbouring properties and enhancing accessibility. Small-scale dining and retail options, including restaurants and cafés, have been integrated into the plan. These are accessible both from the promenade and from the sea, supporting a welcoming and flexible environment for both guests and visitors arriving by yacht.
